You can book by fax, post or email.
To help you find the right course, please read each course description carefully. Once you've made your choice of course and dates, and have read the booking conditions, please make your booking with the appropriate payment. To check course suitability or availability, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Bookings cannot be accepted without the appropriate payment. All course payments must be made prior to arrival.
Please note - Individuals cannot be provided with credit terms.
Before providing credit for any organisation a purchase order will be required to secure a booking and credit references will be taken up. Please enclose a purchase order with your booking form.
Payment
1. All brochure course fees are exempt of VAT.
2. All bookings must be reserved by Dover Water Sports Centre receiving the appropriate payment.
3. Payment of the course fee in full is required to confirm any booking.
4. Crossed cheques/postal orders should be made payable to 'Dover Water Sports Centre' and sent to Basement, 3 Waterloo Crescent, Dover, Kent, CT16 1LF.
Confirmation
1. Cheque payments - your booking will not be confirmed until the cheque clears (allow 7 working days)
2. Cash - call into the office, and on payment you will receive confirmation and an official receipt.
Cancellations
By Client
1. All cancellations must be in writing.
2. If less than eight weeks notice of cancellation, 80 per cent of your course fee is retained.
3. If you cancel two weeks or less before the start of your course, 100 per cent of the course fee will be retained.
4. Course bookings may only be transferred up to 4 weeks prior to the commencement of your original course start date. This is subject to course availability and a £25 administration fee.
By Dover Water Sports Centre
1. Every attempt will be made to ensure your course actually runs. However, Dover Water Sports Centre reserves the right to cancel a course at any time where it believes on reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary due to unsuitable conditions.
2. Dover Water Sports Centre reserves the right to cancel a course at any time where numbers failed to reach a workable minimum.
3. In all other cases, weekend courses may be cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to the start date. Longer courses may be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the starting date.
4. Where a course has to be cancelled, we'll offer clients the following options:
4.1 a full refund of the course fee paid
4.2 an alternative course on the same date or a different set of dates
